Abstract This paper deals with the development and experimental verification of a low-power AC/DC converter. The proposed solution is aimed at sub 0.5 W output power domain, commonly encountered in applications such as always-on wireless sensing nodes. To implement converter topology, prototype application specific integrated circuit was designed manufactured high voltage 0.35 µm CMOS technology, able to handle maximum up 120 V. design first analyzed by transistor-level simulations showing efficiency low no-load consumption developed facilitate measurement, an printed board necessary external components developed, available technology unable AC line directly. While operated well decreased input voltage, reliability issues arose during operation full 230 Vrms. These are linked digital control circuitry implemented chip could be addressed second manufacturing run future.

Design and Simulation of a New DC Power Supply Based on Dual Bridge Matrix Converter
A conventional high power DC power supply systems consist of a three-phase diode rectifier followed by a high frequency converter to supply loads at regulated DC voltage. These rectifiers draw significant harmonic currents from the utility, resulting in poor input power factor. In this paper, a DC power supply based on dual-bridge matrix converter (DBMC) with reduced number of switches is p...

In this paper, a new broadcast encryption scheme is presented based on threshold secret sharing and secure multiparty computation. This scheme is maintained to be dynamic in that a broadcaster can broadcast a message to any of the dynamic groups of users in the system and it is also fair in the sense that no cheater is able to gain an unfair advantage over other users. Another important feature...
